AMED TIMES - 174 suspects arrested during security operations by the Diyarbakır Provincial Police Directorate in one month.
As a result of public order operations carried out by Diyarbakır Provincial Police teams last month, 174 suspects have been detained. The operations were carried out in the city centre by the Yunus teams, which are part of the Public Order Department Directorate.
During these operations, a total of 45 unlicensed pistols were confiscated and 76 wanted persons and 98 suspects wanted for drug offences were arrested.
18 suspects sent to prison
Following the conclusion of the proceedings at the police units, the arrested persons were referred to the judicial authorities. As a result of these referrals, 18 suspects were arrested and sent to prison.
