AMED TIMES - Gülşen Özer and Abbas Şahin were elected as the new co-chairs of the DEM Party in Diyarbakır province. The congress, which was held under the slogan 'For a free future with an organized society' in a wedding hall in the Kayapınar district, was attended by thousands of people, including Democratic Society Congress (DTK) Co-Chair Berdan Öztürk, Democratic Regions Party (DBP) Co-Chair Keskin Bayındır and DEM Party Spokesman Ayşegül Doğan, as well as representatives of civil society organizations in the city.
After the financial and activity reports were read out, Gülşen Özer and Abbas Şahin were elected as new co-chairs.
